AWARDED GRANTEES

Bids for SUPPLY and WORKS tenders published after 1 July 2026 may be submitted either electronically through the E-SUBMISSION PLATFORM or in hard-copy form, as specified in the Tender Dossier.

This dual submission option will remain available for all tenders published until 1 October 2026. Thereafter, bids may only be submitted through the E-SUBMISSION PLATFORM.

The E-SUBMISSION PLATFORM is available in German and English. Select English using the language button in the bottom-right corner.

Please register (create an account) with your company name and carefully follow the submission instructions. Once registered, you will be able to access all related documents and submit an offer.

Where a Bid Security is required, the original Bid Security must always be submitted in hard-copy to the FMU before the submission deadline, regardless of the chosen method of bid submission.
