Fund Management Unit

The Fund Management Unit (FMU) was established by the implementing consulting consortium in order to support the WB6-CIF secretariat in the day-to-day management and financial management of the Fund.

The Fund Management Unit is in charge of organising the open calls and selection process, providing technical support to projects, procurements, reporting and various other tasks. Moreover, the FMU tends to establish a broad stakeholder dialogue on lessons learned in existing VET initiatives.

The Fund Management Unit comprises an international team of experts experienced in development projects, finance, management and VET.

The FMU’s work is supported by the pool of selected VET experts, who play an important role as independent evaluators of the project proposals.
