Winning Applicants of the Second Call

The Regional Challenge Fund had its Second Call for Expressions of Interest opened from March 7th until April 14th, 2022, encouraging applications from consortia of vocational training institutes and enterprises from WB6 economies, implementing cooperative VET courses that result in nationally recognized certificates.

In the first phase, the RCF received 123 applications from applicants across all Western Balkan economies.

Based on the predefined eligibility criteria and the availability of the funds for the Second Call, the selection panel has shortlisted 47 applicants to proceed to the next stage of developing full project proposals and submitting them within the next 40 days.

In the second phase, external selection experts reviewed and scored the applications based on the set of selection criteria, assessing the concept, feasibility, plausibility, and ambition of submitted project proposals.

All consortia who applied for the first time but whose projects have not been proposed for financing under the Second Call will be allowed to reapply.
